Details

The Account Manager is responsible for developing and growing the PV tracker and mounting system business across Egypt and North Africa. The role owns the full sales cycle including lead generation, bidding, negotiation, contracting, delivery coordination, and payment collection. It focuses on building long-term relationships with EPC contractors, developers, investors, and local partners while supporting market expansion and brand visibility in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve annual sales targets for PV mounting structures and solar trackers in Egypt and North Africa. Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, developers, investors, and local partners. Lead end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, bidding, negotiation, contracting, delivery coordination, and payment collection. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local policies to support strategic decision-making. Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility. Support initial market setup, including office coordination and local operations preparation.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in solar PV, renewable energy, or power equipment industries. Proven track record of closing international PV projects with measurable results. Strong understanding of Egypt and North Africa market dynamics and business culture is a plus. Ability to understand technical solutions and communicate effectively with clients. Fluent in English and Arabic (business level, written and spoken). Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work under pressure, be self-driven, and travel when required. Valid driving license is preferred.
