- Strategic Sales: Identify high-net-worth individuals and institutional partners in the MENA market.
2. Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager (Iraq & UAE Focus)
In this senior leadership role, you will orchestrate business growth across key MENA markets, with a primary focus on Iraq and the UAE. You will lead a high-performing sales team, coaching them to achieve monthly funded account targets and volume goals. This position requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of client retention, conversion strategies, and trading behavior. By executing country-level sales plans, you will drive partner-led expansion and solidify our position as a leading digital advertising and financial partner in the region.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coach sales staff to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Client Acquisition: Drive growth through direct sales, affiliate partnerships, and referral networks.

Professional Requirements & Qualifications

- Fluent in Arabic and English (for the Arabic Speaker role) with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
