Responsibilities
You will utilize Canva extensively to create, edit, and manage a variety of design assets required for AI training purposes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, brand-consistent assets. You will document design processes and decisions clearly to support effective AI training and data annotation, provide constructive feedback on Canva workflows and usability, and share insights to enhance team effectiveness. You will also maintain organized repositories of creative materials and ensure proper version control for all design files.

Remote UI/UX Designer
Responsibilities
You will design, review, and critique intuitive user experiences and interfaces across a variety of digital platforms. You will evaluate the usability and functionality of AI-driven products and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate and test design concepts for AI training interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful design solutions. You will document and communicate design decisions clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally. You will also participate in the iterative design and evaluation process, incorporating data-driven insights and user feedback while upholding industry best practices for UI/UX standards, accessibility, and responsive design.
Requirements
Candidates should have a proven track record as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design for web and/or mobile applications. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools is required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are important, including the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
