InputKit is hiring a Customer Service Manager / Customer Service Representative to play an essential role in building strong relationships with clients, advising them, and guiding them toward success through the company’s solution. This role offers the chance to make a real impact on the company, grow with the team, and enjoy a work culture that includes moments of fun in the daily routine.
Responsibilities
You will handle customer support requests related to the platform through InputKit’s online chat tool Intercom, by phone, or by email. You will advise new customers on best practices, configure their InputKit accounts, help customers solve different technical issues through troubleshooting, and take initiative to achieve objectives. You will compile customer feedback for the development of future features, propose ideas to improve the product or internal processes, and ensure onboarding for new customers by managing small and medium-sized projects.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in customer success, good technical knowledge, knowledge of customer success KPIs, and the ability to use these KPIs to measure and improve performance. Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, technical support, customer service, and account management is required. Excellent communication and coordination skills, team spirit, time and priority management, adaptability in a fast-paced and multitasking work environment, versatility, and attention to detail are also important.
Remote Sales Development Representative English/Arabic
Responsibilities
You will reach out to leads through cold calling, proactively identify and research potential leads using tools such as LinkedIn, CRM platforms, prospecting databases, and other resources. You will qualify inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria, including needs, budget, authority, and timeline. You will book discovery calls or product demos for Account Executives, maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts. You will also follow up on marketing campaigns, webinars, and trade shows to nurture leads, while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly quotas for qualified meetings or sales opportunities.
Requirements
Candidates should be passionate about sales, goal-oriented, ambitious, proactive, and motivated to exceed targets. Strong research ability, communication skills, CRM discipline, lead qualification skills, collaboration with sales and marketing teams, and the ability to manage outreach activities are important for success in this role.
