Offshore Marine & Technical Careers – Global Fleet Roles (Remote Sea Operations)
We are recruiting multiple offshore and technical positions across international marine operations.
These roles include navigation, dynamic positioning, engineering, and advanced automation systems onboard offshore vessels worldwide.
Responsibilities
Third Mate
Act as Bridge Officer of the Watch during sailing, anchoring, port operations, and DP mode
Operate Dynamic Positioning (DP) system under supervision
Prepare voyage plans and monitor weather forecasts and navigational warnings
Update nautical charts and publications according to Notices to Mariners
Coordinate with survey, ROV, and operational departments to optimize vessel positioning
Manage ballast operations and support vessel stability control
Maintain safety, health, and environmental logs and reports
Second Mate
Act as Bridge Officer of the Watch across all operational modes
Operate DP system according to procedures and project requirements
Execute DP trials and task plans under senior guidance
Prepare voyage planning and navigation updates
Collaborate with technical and operational departments for performance optimization
Chief Mate
Act as second-in-command and assume vessel control in Master’s absence
Lead nautical operations and ensure compliance with safety management systems
Oversee DP operations and mentor junior DPOs
Optimize routing, fuel consumption, and DP power usage
Supervise pipe lay operations and coordinate with engineering teams
Act as Ship Security Officer and support HSE responsibilities
Third Electrician
Perform electrical watchkeeping and maintenance tasks
Execute repairs using electrical drawings and system diagrams
Support Second Electrician and act as deputy when required
Ensure compliance with integrated safety management systems
Maintain logs, maintenance records, and technical documentation
Automation Electrician
Maintain and troubleshoot automation systems onboard
Analyze system performance through data and trend analysis
Configure industrial networks and system software
Implement system improvements and bug reporting
Support safety compliance under offshore operational standards
Work on advanced systems including tensioners and control interfaces
Conditions
Experience in offshore marine or technical vessel operations required
Knowledge of DP systems, navigation, or electrical/automation systems depending on role
Ability to work in multinational offshore environments
Compliance with maritime certifications and safety standards (STCW or equivalent)
Strong teamwork, discipline, and operational awareness
