In this role, you’ll spearhead a globally distributed team of top-tier creatives, driving excellence across creative and design services for enterprise customers like Meta, Amazon, Salesforce, Reddit, and Google.
With a focus on strategic solutions, operational excellence, and creative leadership, you’ll ensure the delivery of impactful, high-quality outputs that exceed customer expectations. You’ll also help integrate innovative processes and AI tools to enhance efficiency and scalability in a fully remote working model.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead creative excellence, setting high standards for visual storytelling, impactful communication, and design innovation to align with brand values
  • Act as a brand custodian, ensuring quality and consistency across all creative outputs, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
