Summary:
We are seeking a Principal SOC Analyst to join our team and drive security initiatives across both web2 and web3 environments. As a key member of our Security Operations Center (SOC), you will be responsible for setting standards, developing processes and playbooks, and providing leadership in analyzing and responding to security incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Real-Time Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor and analyze security data from traditional networks, blockchain networks, and web applications.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats in both web2 and web3 environments.
- Security Tool Utilization: Use security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, cloud security systems, and blockchain-specific platforms to interpret results and identify threats.
- Incident Response Procedures: Develop and implement incident response procedures to address both traditional and blockchain-related security issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across different environments to ensure the organization’s security posture is strong and continuously improving.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with traditional and blockchain security practices.
- Expertise in SIEM, IDS/IPS, and cloud security tools.
- Familiarity with web3 technologies and blockchain-specific security protocols.

Senior Platform Engineer

Summary:
Consensys is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join the Internal Developer Platform Team. This role will involve building, deploying, and operating our internal platform that powers key tools and services across the company, utilizing Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, cloud services, CI/CD processes, and networking.
Responsibilities:
- Platform Development: Build, deploy, and operate Consensys’ Internal Developer Platform, including a portal powered by Backstage and a control plane powered by Crossplane.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and development on the internal platform.
- Automation & CI/CD: Drive the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for efficient workflows.
- Cloud Services: Design and implement scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure to support internal operations.
- Mentorship & Best Practices: Share expertise, provide mentorship, and advocate for platform best practices within the team.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD processes, and cloud infrastructure.
