As a Business Intelligence Manager at Alma, you will help lead transformative change for our Payer Partnerships team.   • Lead, motivate, and enable a team of CX Delivery Team Leads and/or Delivery Success Specialists, to deliver high-quality experiences and support and navigate ambiguity.

In this role, you will be building features that solve real problems for mental health providers. On this team, you will have a strong hand in defining Alma's features, services, and architecture. The ideal person for this role loves to collaborate with other teams to design and build amazing digital experiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, develop, and implement maintainable and scalable backend systems using various technologies (Python, Django, AWS).
  • Develop both member-facing and internal-facing features around onboarding, scheduling, billing, and client management.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer with deep knowledge of cloud technologies and a desire to build a robust, scalable, and efficient cloud infrastructure ecosystem. 
As a Senior Platform Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure that underpins our application architecture.
