Technician - Consumer Electronics - Al Mulla Electronics
Responsibilities
- Receive daily job cards and conduct the repair within assigned TAT and repeat repair ratio limits.
- Present the company in a professional manner, respect to local culture and maintain self-hygiene
- Achieve maximum customer satisfaction through proper repair, communication skills, proactive actions and empathy
- Perform emergency corrective maintenance in the field utilizing in-depth troubleshooting of a wide variety of tool models and peripheral equipment’s within and outside working hours per business demand
- Identify and report possible quality issues to supervisor and work on find solutions
- Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
- Ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Report performed repairs, parts consumed, VOC result and daily activities
- preventative/corrective measures to maintain a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, and presentable
- Self-development in product knowledge and trouble shooting skills
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
Experience
- Years of Experience: 5 - 7 Years
- Field of Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in service at consumer electronics industry
Skills
- Product knowledge in home appliances and electronics
- Technical troubleshooting & Brazing/welding skills
- Communication skills (English and Arabic is a plus)
- Driving license is preferred
- PC and CRM system usage and data entry
