Sales Relationship Consultant
Job Responsibilities
- • Deliver on sales and customer satisfaction objectives
- • Maintains good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations
- • Answers customers’ questions on the phone or introduces or refers callers to the appropriate person
- • Ensures customers’ awareness of all products and services available
- • Resolve complaints with sensitivity and involve others when needed
- • Addresses customer hesitation and resistance
- • Calculates cost allowances, fees, financing costs and down payments to arrive at the price of a vehicle
- • Ensures that the details of all vehicle transactions are accurately documented and registered
- • Conducts a memorable hand over with the customer
- • Networks by asking for referrals and following up on prospects (telephone prospecting/canvassing)

Parts Picker
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately pull spare parts from bins/racks for customers.
- Accurately collect and count spare parts, and allocate properly to designated bins / racks.
- Return spare parts back to proper locations after pulling them for sales orders.
- Makes labels for each item and applies properly on spare parts.
- Advises supervisor if discrepancy when pulling orders
- Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and
- Spare part is loaded.
- Repack and weigh any orders that require such handling when necessary.
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
- Conduct physical inventories as required.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Assist in maintaining the Security of the warehouse.
- Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Taking care not to damage product.
