1. Customer Support – Fully Remote (Japan)

Location: Japan (Remote)
Salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥3,500,000 per year
Job Type: Contract / Full-time

Job Description:

  • Provide customer support for a major international e-commerce platform.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product purchases, shipping, returns, and payment details.

  • Handle 20–35 interactions per day, approximately 10 minutes each.

  • Communicate in Japanese (JLPT N1 level required).

  • Training period: 1 month, fully supported for beginners.

  • Assist with order tracking, payment verification, and general inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Native Japanese or JLPT N1 proficiency.

  • High school diploma or higher.

  • Basic PC skills, including typing and online navigation.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Open to candidates with no prior customer support experience.
