1. Demand Planner BNL (12-month Contract)
Location: Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) – Remote
Contract: 12 months
Overview: Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for a portfolio of Reckitt brands, ensuring accurate forecasts, high customer service levels, and optimized inventory. Play a central role in the efficiency of global supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:

Lead S&OP for assigned brands, aligning commercial and operational teams.

Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts using statistical models.

Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy and inventory health, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Prepare and lead S&OP meetings, reconcile forecast variances, and maintain transparency with stakeholders.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecast reliability and decision-making.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Demand Planning, preferably in FMCG.

Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical forecasting techniques.

Proficiency in SAP, Kinaxis, or similar planning tools, and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple functions.

Fluent in English.
