1. Customer Support Specialist – Lebanon

Location: Lebanon (Remote)
Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Saturday: Rotational

Job Description:
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling emails, chats, and calls, documenting interactions, escalating complex issues, and providing feedback to improve service quality. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a multi-shift remote environment. Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English; additional Arabic language skills are an advantage

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage time and tasks effectively in a remote setting

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus


2. Customer Support Specialist – Egypt

Location: Egypt (Remote)
Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Saturday: Rotational

Job Description:
This role focuses on delivering high-quality support to clients in the Arab region. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues across multiple channels, documenting interactions, and providing support for internal tools. The Specialist will also identify trends and communicate suggestions to management for service improvement. The position requires adaptability to different shifts and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly recommended

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

  • Previous customer support experience preferred

  • Comfort with remote work and digital communication tools
