Remote Technical Project Manager
Location: Egypt (Remote)
Experience Level: 5+ years in project management, 2+ years in software/technology environments
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
Lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate between engineering, product, design, and QA teams to achieve seamless delivery.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
Manage communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
Oversee technical documentation, sprint planning, and performance tracking.
Foster collaboration and maintain a positive, results-focused team environment.
Ensure projects meet quality, performance, and scalability standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and working with remote or distributed teams.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
