Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Translator to support our team on a freelance basis. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patent translation services while collaborating in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Review templates, layouts, fonts, scientific terms, and equivalents to comply with formal examination requirements for patent acceptance.
Translate patent-related documents at any stage of the patent prosecution process.
Perform additional tasks as needed to fulfill the duties above.

Requirements & Skills

Strong experience in translation or a similar freelance role.
Proficiency in Trados Studio is required.
Experience in Technical Translation is a plus.
Strong proofreading and attention-to-detail skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic; knowledge of French is a plus.
Excellent communication, time management, and independent work capabilities.
Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
