Business Development & Sales Specialist
Location: Cairo, Egypt (Remote)

Job Summary:
Haven Hospitality is seeking a Business Development & Sales Specialist to drive guest bookings and expand the company’s property portfolio. This hybrid role involves bridging sales and business development to both attract guests to serviced apartments and acquire or manage high-potential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Bookings & Increase Occupancy:

Build partnerships with local and international travel agencies, relocation firms, and affiliates to ensure consistent guest bookings.

Promote Haven’s Affiliate Program to increase referral traffic and direct bookings.

Monitor occupancy trends and collaborate on new B2B offers, long-stay deals, and seasonal promotions.
Source New Properties for Expansion:

Identify apartments and buildings with potential to be converted into short-term rentals or serviced apartments.

Secure properties via rental arbitrage (rent-to-rent) or management agreements with owners.

Analyze market data, pricing trends, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
Landlord & Owner Relations:

Approach high-spec property owners and present Haven’s property management model.

Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to show income maximization potential.

Manage the full lifecycle of property acquisition, from negotiation to agreement.
Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, real estate, or hospitality.

Strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.

Excellent negotiation skills, proactive mindset, and opportunity-driven approach.

Understanding of short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com) is a plus.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in proposal preparation and client meetings.
