Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Details:

  • Location: Remote (Egypt)

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Responsibilities:

    • Identify and generate a steady stream of leads to fuel the sales pipeline.

    • Conduct outbound prospecting to uncover new business opportunities.

    • Understand potential clients' needs and ensure they are a fit for Turpal’s solutions.

    • Connect with prospects through phone, email, social media, and other channels.

    • Educate prospects on Turpal’s innovative solutions and their business impact.

    • Schedule high-impact meetings and appointments for the sales team.

    • Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

    • Work with other teams to implement effective lead generation and qualification strategies.

  • Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar B2B role, preferably in Travel Technology Solutions or SaaS.

    • Proficient in cold calling.

    • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.

    • Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot).

    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

    • Startup-minded professional who thrives in dynamic environments and adapts quickly.
