1. Head of Agency Partnerships (Remote Europe) – Remote Work

Role Overview:
n8n is seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Agency Partnerships to oversee and grow strategic partnerships with agencies across Europe. This fully remote role involves managing relationships, driving partner engagement, and developing innovative partnership programs to expand n8n’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the agency partnership strategy across Europe.
Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with strategic partners.
Develop and execute programs to increase partner engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with company goals.
Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics and KPIs.
Represent n8n in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or account management.
Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and workflow automation tools.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
