Project Manager (Remote)
Role Overview:
Point is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join the team on a full-time, remote basis. The Project Manager will oversee and manage marketing solutions projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. This role is critical for maintaining seamless operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Allocate resources effectively and monitor progress to meet project milestones.
Expedite processes to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and solutions.
Coordinate inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain project standards.
Manage logistics for distribution, execution, and maintenance of marketing materials.
Serve as the main liaison between internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain clear and consistent communication across multiple regions and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Strong expertise in project management, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
Experience in expediting and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Proficiency in inspection and quality assurance processes.
Skills in logistics management and coordination of marketing materials.
Knowledge and experience in POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) and printing.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Familiarity with marketing collateral, supply chain processes, and procurement is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
