1. Digital Performance Marketer (Remote)

The Digital Performance Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns aimed at generating leads and measurable ROI. This role is designed for a hands-on marketer who can take full ownership of results, analyze performance metrics, and implement continuous optimizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

  • Optimize campaigns for lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and creative testing to maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align lead quality and performance insights.

  • Conduct daily performance analysis and apply optimizations for campaigns, audiences, creatives, funnels, and landing pages.

  • Report campaign results clearly and provide actionable next steps.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition.

  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.

  • Experience with B2B or high-ticket lead generation campaigns is preferred.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable taking accountability for results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with the UAE market is a strong advantage.
