1. Digital Performance Marketer (Remote)
The Digital Performance Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns aimed at generating leads and measurable ROI. This role is designed for a hands-on marketer who can take full ownership of results, analyze performance metrics, and implement continuous optimizations.
Responsibilities:
Launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
Optimize campaigns for lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and creative testing to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align lead quality and performance insights.
Conduct daily performance analysis and apply optimizations for campaigns, audiences, creatives, funnels, and landing pages.
Report campaign results clearly and provide actionable next steps.
Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition.
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Experience with B2B or high-ticket lead generation campaigns is preferred.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable taking accountability for results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with the UAE market is a strong advantage.
