1. Service Delivery Manager
Job Description:
- Act as primary service delivery contact for enterprise clients
- Manage stakeholder communication and build client trust
- Oversee SLAs, service metrics, and governance
- Monitor and coordinate support tickets and escalations
- Lead service reviews, steering committees, and reporting
- Perform trend and root-cause analysis for service improvement
- Ensure ITIL-based process adherence and continuous improvement
- Maintain service documentation and knowledge management
- Coordinate across internal teams and multiple regions
- Attend occasional on-site client meetings in Cairo
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of service delivery or related experience
- ITIL certification and hands-on experience in ITIL processes
- Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills
- Experience with SLA management and service governance
- Technical understanding of cloud, telecom, and connectivity
- Ability to coordinate multiple service activities and projects
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Proactive mindset for continuous service improvement
- Based in Cairo, Egypt with flexibility for client visits
