1. Service Delivery Manager

Job Description:

  • Act as primary service delivery contact for enterprise clients
  • Manage stakeholder communication and build client trust
  • Oversee SLAs, service metrics, and governance
  • Monitor and coordinate support tickets and escalations
  • Lead service reviews, steering committees, and reporting
  • Perform trend and root-cause analysis for service improvement
  • Ensure ITIL-based process adherence and continuous improvement
  • Maintain service documentation and knowledge management
  • Coordinate across internal teams and multiple regions
  • Attend occasional on-site client meetings in Cairo

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of service delivery or related experience
  • ITIL certification and hands-on experience in ITIL processes
  • Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills
  • Experience with SLA management and service governance
  • Technical understanding of cloud, telecom, and connectivity
  • Ability to coordinate multiple service activities and projects
  • Analytical problem-solving capabilities
  • Proactive mindset for continuous service improvement
  • Based in Cairo, Egypt with flexibility for client visits
