Remote Reward Specialist – Compensation and Benefits
This role will play a key part in shaping competitive reward strategies, influencing senior stakeholders, and ensuring employees feel recognized, supported, and valued.
The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel required to the London office on Eastcastle Street.
Significant experience in compensation and benefits, including international or multi-market exposure.
Strong track record of leading pay awards, annual bonus processes, and reward planning.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Experience managing relationships with external benefit providers and reward partners.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective reward solutions.
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large sets of compensation and benefits data.
Proactive, self-driven, and capable of designing and delivering competitive pay strategies.
Remote Head of Educational Quality and Improvement
Extensive experience in educational leadership, school improvement, or quality assurance.
Strong understanding of educational governance, teaching standards, and school performance evaluation.
Ability to work closely with Heads of School and senior leaders to identify priorities and implement sustained improvement plans.
Experience evaluating school performance, student outcomes, and leadership effectiveness.
Proven ability to contribute to leadership development and deliver professional learning initiatives.
Skilled in leading professional networks and collaborating across multiple schools or educational settings.
Willingness to travel regularly for school visits and regional collaboration.
