Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, helpdesk, or shared service support. B2B experience is preferred.
Interpreter - Cantonese (Remote)
Provide consecutive language interpretation for individuals with language barriers via voice and video. Support clients in understanding and communicating accurately across multiple contexts.
Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills; ability to remain neutral and professional; B2 CEFR English Level bilingual; ability to follow client instructions; willing to work night shifts; must be based in Singapore or Malaysia depending on role.
Interpreter - Mandarin (Remote, Thailand)
Provide consecutive interpretation for live conversations, including documents, patients, bankers, and clients. Work 100% remotely during night shifts for US-based customers.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, excellent note-taking and concentration skills, ability to work night shifts, and minimum 40 hours online per week.
