Remote Research & Development Manager – Formulation and Product Innovation

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Research & Development Manager to lead the formulation, testing, and innovation of new products across Personal Care, Home Care, Institutional, and Water Treatment categories.
This role combines hands-on laboratory work, technical research, and compliance monitoring to ensure that all developed formulations meet the highest standards of product performance and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in strengthening the company’s innovation pipeline, improving product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic growth objectives.
Develop, test, and optimize product formulations across multiple categories including Personal Care, Home Care, Institutional, and Water Treatment.
Ensure all formulations meet required standards of safety, efficacy, stability, and quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve formulation challenges during product scale-up and production.
Conduct research into new raw materials, ingredients, technologies, and market trends.
Provide technical input and support for innovation projects and product enhancement initiatives.
Benchmark competitor products and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Perform stability, compatibility, and performance testing to evaluate product effectiveness.
Monitor compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate laboratory documentation, formulation records, and testing reports.
Support cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, and commercial teams.
