We’re hiring a Project Coordinator to support residential solar projects for a fast-growing US-based company operating across Texas.

You will be a key point of contact between US-based clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution across all project stages from sale to installation.

You’ll coordinate activities, track progress, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a main coordination point between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project
  • Coordinate daily project activities across sales, design, and installation teams
  • Track project progress and keep systems updated
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and organized
  • Support preparation of project files

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously

REMOTE PV Designer (Jordan | US Time Zone - Texas) 

Responsibilities

  • Design customized PV systems based on home layout, energy usage, and site conditions
  • Create layouts, stringing, and single-line diagrams
  • Prepare full permit-ready design packages
  • Select system components (modules, inverters, mounting, batteries)
  • Run shading analysis and production simulations (Helios)
  • Ensure compliance with NEC and local US requirements
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills for direct collaboration with US teams
  • Solid understanding of solar PV systems and electrical basics
  • At least 2+ years of experience in residential solar PV design
  • Familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD
