Field Sales Representative – FMCG & Vaping Retail
Details
This role focuses on direct sales and promotion of Vaporesso/Dojo products within the FMCG retail market. Candidates will actively sell into convenience shops and tobacco retailers, driving product adoption and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular in-person visits to retail shops, convenience stores, and tobacco outlets
- Actively pitch and sell Vaporesso/Dojo products, ensuring they are stocked and promoted
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with store owners and decision makers
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and consumer preferences; share insights with HQ
- Negotiate for increased shelf space and in-store visibility
- Participate in in-store promotions, roadshows, and industry events to support sales and brand engagement
Candidate Profile
- Experience in retail sales or FMCG sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in the field
