Customer Support Specialist (Arabic-speaking)

The Customer Support Specialist (Arabic-speaking) role focuses on delivering high-quality support to Arabic-speaking customers in a fully remote environment. Records and Documentation Specialist

This role is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining accurate documentation across EU and MENA operations. It requires a strong focus on structure, accuracy, and compliance. Key responsibilities include maintaining digital records, organizing documentation systems, ensuring proper labeling and categorization of files, reviewing records for accuracy and completeness, and applying standardized naming conventions. The role also involves tracking document versions, updates, and ensuring that all records remain audit-ready and easily accessible.
