Senior HR Service Advisor – EMEA Employee Support

Details
As a Senior HR Service Advisor, you will perform HR transactions for the EMEA region, support employees and managers, and contribute to process improvement and training initiatives. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals experienced in HRIS systems and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries and perform HR transactions
• Contribute to creation of training materials and process documentation
• Participate in implementation of new policies or processes with feedback input
• Input employee data into HRIS and upload records into the Record Center
• Document and update desk-top procedures, knowledge-based content, and process flows
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure processes are correctly followed
• Protect data privacy and adhere to confidentiality requirements

Security Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) – Microsoft Azure & M365

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security-focused technical discussions with senior customer executives
• Own customer engagements including architecture, implementation, and operational health
• Advise on Microsoft security solutions and enable secure technology adoption
