Position: Part-Time Digital Advertising Specialist (Remote)
Responsibilities
Set up and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
Develop lead-focused advertising strategies
Optimize targeting, funnels, and conversions
Continuously improve performance through A/B testing
Manage advertising budgets efficiently
Prepare weekly performance reports
Provide landing page and creative recommendations when needed
Conditions
Experience in Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
Previously managed lead generation or sales-focused campaigns
Strong understanding of ROI, CPA, CTR metrics
Analytical and results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently with remote discipline
Startup or SaaS experience preferred
