Remote Associate Product Manager (APM)
BloomPath is hiring a Remote Associate Product Manager (APM) to join the team at a pivotal stage. This is not a role where you simply observe and learn from others. You will take ownership of real product areas from the beginning and work directly with customers, engineering teams, and leadership to build and launch features used in live environments.
You will work across customer workflows inside platforms such as Kintone, platform capabilities that can scale across customers, and AI-driven features that must be reliable, user-friendly, and grounded in real operational needs.
Requirements
• Strong interest in product management, AI, and workflow optimization.
• Ability to work directly with customers, engineering teams, and company leadership.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of how to build features that are practical, scalable, and aligned with customer needs.
• Familiarity with platforms like Kintone or similar workflow systems is considered an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
