We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to understand our services and position Rosella Digital as a trusted partner for potential clients.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Proficiency in lead generation and market research techniques to identify and evaluate business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prepare and present persuasive business proposals.
• Experience working with clients across MENA and African markets is preferred.

Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MENA and African markets to expand Rosella Digital’s client base.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, understanding client needs, and providing tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Develop and present proposals that highlight Rosella Digital’s services, with a focus on performance-driven marketing solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitable and sustainable client partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Account Managers, Creative, Performance, and SEO specialists to ensure client requirements are communicated and executed effectively.
• Monitor and report on business development activities including lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
• Support the creation of sales materials and presentations that clearly communicate the agency’s value proposition.
