Remote E-commerce Operations Coordinator – Work From Anywhere
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Coordinator to support daily operations across marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. The role focuses on order processing, returns management, and coordination with marketplace partners to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient operations.
Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Familiarity with Mirakl-based marketplaces and Shopify is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to investigate and solve operational issues efficiently.
Details
Order Management
• Monitor and process daily orders across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, including Mirakl-based platforms and Shopify.
• Ensure orders are correctly synced, confirmed, and fulfilled.
• Investigate and resolve issues such as duplicate orders, stock mismatches, and pricing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Returns & Refunds
• Manage return requests (RMA) in accordance with marketplace policies.
• Track returned items and confirm receipt.
• Coordinate and process refunds accurately and on time.
• Investigate disputed or missing returns and follow up with marketplaces and logistics partners.
Marketplace Coordination
• Maintain communication with marketplace partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow up on operational updates, issue resolutions, and process improvements across all connected channels.
