Remote Technical Recruiter – Build the Core Team Behind GoIELTS v2 

We are hiring our first in-house Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for engineering and product roles as we scale GoIELTS v2 and beyond. You will work directly with the founder to define hiring needs, build sourcing strategies, and lead recruitment execution across all technical functions.
Responsibilities
Full-cycle technical recruitment from job description creation to offer closing for roles such as Senior Frontend (Next.js), Senior Backend (Laravel), Full-Stack Tech Lead, UI/UX Designer, and AI Engineers. Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, GitHub, and other advanced sourcing channels. Engage and screen candidates rigorously to ensure high-quality hires aligned with our product vision.
Requirements
Proven experience recruiting developers in SaaS or high-growth startup environments. Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator. Familiarity with technical roles in modern stacks such as Next.js, Laravel, and AI-driven systems. Ability to independently manage full-cycle hiring processes. Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance recruitment efficiency is highly valued.
