Role Overview

Senior strategic leadership role focused on cardiovascular service-line growth, partnerships and innovation across North American health systems and the wider Americas market.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives intended to expand cardiovascular service lines across North America.
• Work across Siemens Healthineers businesses and functions to build and evaluate business cases for customer-focused cardiovascular offerings.
• Design and implement programmes that combine clinical, operational and technology capabilities around cardiovascular patient pathways.
• Connect business-line capabilities and health-system needs to support market growth and integrated customer strategies.
• Translate clinical and operational insights into scalable growth, partnership and innovation strategies.
• Support strategic partnerships, market programmes and expansion initiatives across cardiovascular domains.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience in healthcare service-line operations, strategy, transformation, growth or business development.
• Substantial leadership experience in a cardiovascular or cardiology service line within a U.S. health system, such as service-line director, administrative dyad partner, cardiology vice president or an equivalent position.
• Demonstrated experience building business cases, financial plans and strategic growth initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across a complex matrix organisation.
• Master's degree is required; an MBA, MHA or advanced clinical qualification is preferred.
• Broad cardiovascular service-line leadership beyond a single procedural or laboratory function is strongly preferred.
• Experience with healthcare partnerships, programme design, innovation, digital health or value-oriented models is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. health-system customers is expected; Canada or Latin America experience is an advantage.
