• Review CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with applicants.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Opportunity for direct hiring with Kuwait HR Gate based on performance and business requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 🎓 Program Structure: Unpaid Training Internship with Certificate
• An internship completion certificate upon successful completion, subject to the internship criteria.
• Candidates with good communication and follow-up skills.
• Prior recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
