Two-year remote senior consulting engagement developing cybersecurity governance frameworks, strategy, roadmaps, policy systems, control libraries, MBSS and executive reporting. The position sits within Cybersecurity & GRC and the sections below preserve the vacancy-specific scope and conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage policy exceptions, waivers and risk acceptance.
• Develop and improve cybersecurity governance strategy, framework and roadmap.
• Manage policies, standards, procedures and governance artifacts.
• Maintain the control library and MBSS.
• Maintain audit/regulatory evidence.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and executive briefings and monitor KPIs/KRIs.
• Coordinate governance work and awareness/continuous improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience.
• Strong experience building cybersecurity governance frameworks, strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience drafting and managing approval cycles for policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
• Experience maintaining cybersecurity control libraries and MBSS.
• Experience with exceptions, waivers, risk acceptance, audit evidence, KPIs, KRIs and executive governance reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with infrastructure, legal, quality and business stakeholders.
