Two-year remote senior GRC-automation engagement operating and improving centralized request intake, workflows, approvals, dashboards and AI-enabled classification using ServiceNow and/or Archer. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and enhance centralized GRC request intake in Archer/ServiceNow.
• Configure automated workflows, approvals, notifications and routing.
• Integrate AI capabilities and multiple intake channels.
• Configure triage, prioritization, assignment, escalation and workload balancing.
• Track SLA-compliant closure and automate eligible resolution paths.
• Build dashboards and operational metrics.
• Optimize GRC processes across risk, compliance, TPRM and resilience.
• Maintain ticketing and interpret telecom/network designs and communication matrices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8–10 years in GRC technology, workflow automation or service request management.
• Hands-on ServiceNow and/or Archer configuration for GRC intake, workflows, approvals, routing and ticket lifecycle.
• Experience integrating portals, email, web forms, APIs and chat into centralized workflows.
• Experience with automated triage, prioritization, assignment, escalation and SLA tracking.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled classification, extraction, routing or resolution.
• Dashboard and service-metric development experience.
• Strong understanding of telecom environments, network segmentation, HLD/LLD and communication matrices.
