Published Requirements and Qualifications

- Fluent contest C++ including STL and complexity
- Comfortable writing Python
- Ability to explain why a solution is wrong and construct breaking inputs

- Design AI-agent tasks covering market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis and benchmarking
- Define evaluation criteria, quality standards, grading rubrics and golden-answer solutions
- Convert project experience from problem structuring and work planning through analysis, synthesis and client-ready recommendations
- Work independently as an analytical designer and evaluator
Published Requirements and Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&
- Hands-on experience structuring ambiguous client problems into analytical plans
- Experience building financial models, market analyses or synthesized findings from messy inputs
- Experience producing client-ready deliverables under time pressure
- Ability to form and defend recommendations under uncertainty
- Strong hypothesis-driven problem solving
- High attention to logical consistency and output quality
- Independent, self-directed working style
- Written English at B2+
